Members of the DDDB are eligible to apply for a variety of Student Leadership positions in the band, including:
- Student Director
- Senior or Junior Drum Captain
- Section Leader
- President
- Vice President of Administration
- Vice President of External Operations
- Vice President of Marketing and Engagement
Prospective leaders undergo a competitive application process, including a written application, interview, conducting audition (for student director). Student Leaders work diligently throughout the summer and school year to ensure the success of the ensemble.
Information about Student Leadership auditions are provided to all current members following the basketball tournaments each March. Please review this document for more specifics about the audition requirements.
