My name is Anastasia Sartain, and I am the VP of Marketing and Engagement for the UMBC Pep Band and Drumline! I am an incoming junior this year, and I am so excited to work with my favorite people again this year. I grew up on the eastern shore of Maryland, graduating from Kent Island High School, but I now live in Annapolis, Maryland. Some of my hobbies include singing, dancing, listening to music, playing video games, and going out with my friends! I play alto, tenor, and baritone saxophone, but I am an alto saxophone player in the Pep Band. When I am not working with the band, I work as a server alongside many of my closest friends. A fun fact about me is that I have four cats. I cannot wait to bring excitement and new ideas to the Pep Band this year!
